We are situated in the heart of the Duddon Valley, a quiet hidden gem in South Lakeland. This area provides an ideal base for walking, cycling or touring the Lake District and Cumbria

Our comfortably furnished barn conversion has two en-suite rooms - one double and one twin which can be converted to a double bed.
Our rooms have Freesat TV.

We have off road parking for vehicles with lockable storage for bicycles and motorbikes.
Should you be walking or cycling we have drying facilities.
We are happy to provide advice on walks and cycle routes in the Duddon Valley.
